However, the floor wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival, though housekeeping resolved it when asked. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, and the TV offered mostly Spanish channels with no option to connect personal devices. Noise was a persistent issue: housekeeping is loud between 10 am and 2 pm, and as a family hotel, there are frequent corridor noises from children and slamming doors. Restaurants The food was underwhelming. The buffet felt mass‑produced, with warm—not hot—dishes and limited variety. The live‑cooking station was the highlight, offering steak, fish, and chicken. Desserts were average. Location The strongest aspect of the hotel. It’s centrally located near shops, the beach, and the amusement park, with Reus Airport only about 15 minutes away. Would I return? Probably not. Although the late‑night activities seemed popular, the overall experience didn’t justify a repeat stay."
