Harrah’s Gulf Coast – A Caesars Rewards Destination

4/10 Poor

"I booked 2 rooms and asked for adjoining rooms which they said they could do. Check in is at 4p and was not able to get into my room until 3 hours later. I got into the first room and was waiting for the adjoining room to be cleaned. They called and said the room was ready and when I went to get the keys they said it wasn’t and to come back shortly. I went back down to the desk to see if it was ready and they had given my adjoining room away. They had nothing but excuses of what happened. They eventually put me in a room and were able to try to enjoy my family. Will never stay at this hotel again."
