"The view, atmosphere created by the staff and hotel’s gentle grandeur was lovely, but our room was suoer hot (no air conditioning and a wall of south facing windows that only opened slightly) and the layout of the room was odd (likely due to limitations when upgrading the historic hotel). But overall it was lovely. "
"The property is located above Geiranger village at a height with a great great clear view of the fjord and Geiranger town below.
The host was warming, informative and welcoming. The rooms were well furnished and clean with excellent cleanliness and a kitchen for guest use with a great view of the fjord ahead."
"Town of Stranda nothing much to do here, hotel is under renovation but fully open. Yuhan at the front counter was help full. Very good breakfast and parking on site. "
