Still didn’t mask the smell. Didn’t offer us another room. No discount. No refund. If you stay here…don’t stay in basement level."

"The location of this hotel is great. Generally clean, nice pool. But the shower/toilet part of the bathroom needs hooks and towel racks. It’s a small thing but it was inconvenient for sure. "
