Staff is great. Bed is comfortable. Good location. However, it’s difficult to be in a room with more than one person. Lights do not turn on unless ALL of the lights turn on, this includes vanity area and bathroom. There are not night stands for either side of bed. You cannot get in or out of the bed from both sides. Depending on room, you either crawl out at the end of the bed or only one side has access to rest of room. Window shades do not go up or down individually, they are either all up or all down. It is pretty much all automated on an IPad and a bit ridiculous.

Very clean, small room. High tech space that included an iPad to control the lighting and window coverings. The room and bathroom lights could be set at different colors! The whole experience, from the digital check in at computers in lobby to the art in the hallways and the carpet were ultra 'cool' and modern!

The place was very small and the shower area was not good as the toilet is in the shower area and the entire floor gets wet by the toilet because it is in the shower area. Very small prefab vanity not conducive for 2 people. There was no reception when I arrived and no parking for our car to even allow us to come in to check in. I was expecting more. It was ok but less than anticipated.

Stayed here for two nights. Location is excellent with a short walk to old town. Tram station is right in front of the hotel. They also sent you a free Geneva travel card during your stay so you can travel on all public transportations. Room is ok with the basic amenities except coffee machine. You have to order coffee from the 24/7 bar/restaurant at the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and customer service. Room small but high tech so very user friendly. Shower and bathroom is compact and has an excellent water pressure. However, limited amenities in the room.
