Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! House was very clean and the neighbors are very nice! Not a far walk from the strip which was wonderful and it was a very quiet area for rest and relaxation! Would stay here again!

This was a perfect little place for us. It was clean, had everything we needed, including a fenced in yard for our pups. Shower was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a quick trip

My friends and I went to the wineries for the day so we only slept in this property. I’ve stayed here before so I was familiar with the area. It’s a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood.

Work/Vacation

I had to be in Ashtabula for work for several days. This house and fenced in yard was perfect for me and my small dogs. I have stayed here before but can't say enough good things. It is a great place and I look forward to staying there again!

Perfect spot for a short or long getaway

Nice place to stay

The location was close to everything. Outside could use some freshening up. Once inside it was clean and not full of clutter! Water pressure was great. My dogs loved the back yard.

Great weekend getaway!

Easy to find, great check-in process, very clean, very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed (really enjoyed the fire pit on a chilly night). It was nice having this location available when so many other rentals are closed for the season. There's still a lot of fun things to do in Geneva-On-The-Lake after Labor Day! We had a wonderful weekend. The pet-friendly option was very nice too. Our pups loved the long walks around the neighborhood and by the Lake. We'll be back!

Swim Districts getaway

This property was perfectly suited for our needs, we spent 3 days at Spire watch our daughter swim so we just needed something closeby and to sleep/eat/shower that accepted pets. Some of the pictures made it look a lot bigger than what it was. Conveniently located a short distance from Spire and lake views

My husband and i had a wonderful week long stay. The house was bright and clean. There was a little hiccup with the front lock, but that was corrected veey quickly and no further issues. The management team was prompt and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place

Whenever I had a question, the property owner always got back to me. It was such a nice place to stay in. The decor was wonderful if you ever think of going to stay at Geneva, this is one place. I would highly highly recommend.
