"This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . "The pool area, beds and cabanas are fantastic and very comfortable. The view is great. The food in the bar was always good and the waiter was excellent. However the room is dated, bed was uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided, not even soap. The walk to the restaurant/ bar area is by a steep hill which is difficult in the heat. "

"Really special place to stay. The team are lovely. The food is great - especially in the Blu Fin restaurant. We booked into a room with a private pool - needn’t have bothered because it is so nice being by the sea that we hardly ever used it. The sea is stunning and the natural reef means that the water is warm, it is virtually not tidal and even to go see shoals of fish. Will return."

Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! "Herrliche Aussicht auf die Ägäis von der Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komfortabel mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr nettes Personal das man kaum sieht. Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Super Lage der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei sind in 5 min erreicht zu Fuß. Insgesamt 4 oder 5 Sterne habe mich für 5 hier entschieden und kann das Gennadi...
