Two days before the check in, a person called on the phone asking when I would like to check in so they can arrange someone from their team to come and give us the keys and check us in. We agreed that we will meet at 11:00. The night before the person who is supposed to meet us mailed me and asked for details about our arrival and asked us to do an online check in which was a bit inconvenient, it was asking for a lot of information and copies of all guests ids and it did not allow me to check in the extra guest that I paid for. On the check in day, we arrived at 10;45 but we needed to wait in the street for more than 45 minutes. The apartment itself has a good potential however it is not well maintained and was not very clean. When we arrived it was still as the previous guest left it, The person checking us in said that her colleagues did us a favour to allow you in to leave our stuff earlier than 15:00 kl which is their original check in time. She showed us around and have us instructions to not use multiple appliances at the same time otherwise the electricity will shut down. She confirmed that cleaners will come every day to clean the apartment. We left our stuff and come back after 5 hours. It looked better but was not very clean. We found hair and dust on the floor and the pillows did not smell good. No cleaners showed up during our stay and we needed to buy toilet paper, detergent, dishwasher tablets and even trash bags. Quiet expensive for what you get.
