A atendente Cláudia foi muito cortez. entretanto um outro atendente foi grosseiro em vários momentos, sem paciência. nos foi passado informações incorretas sobre o estacionamento ao lado e fomos multados pela cidade. café muito pouco diversificado, com pouquíssimas opções e vc tem que ficar solicitando café ao atendente. esqueceram de colocar sabonetes e shmapoo no segundo dia. o Hotel é lagal, tinha tudo pra ser diferenciado mas precisa melhorar muito.

El hotel es viejo, por lo que lo impresionante de su fachada no corresponde a sus habitaciones, no tiene ascensor por lo que no es adecuado para maletas grandes. Si embargo esta muy bien ubicado a la par de la costa, por lo que es muy relajante si le gusta el sonido del mar.

l' hôtel est atypique, original, remise en état d'un très ancien batiment, sympa , la salle petit dej en sous sol, la vue sur mer, la plage voisine, mais l'environnement n'est pas propre du tout et la route côtière contre a un trafic de fou.

Castello bellissimo sulla spiaggia di Pegli. Da fuori una location da favola! Dentro è rustico con arredamento all'antica ma è perfetto essendo un castello! Pulizia gentilezza del personale.

Epäsiistiä, henkilökunta töykeä. Ainoa hyvä puoli oli merinäköala. Rannalla heti hotellin edessä on kuitenkin aina ihmisiä. Aamiaisella likaiset aterimet, itse aamiainen järjestetään kellarissa.

Beautiful “Castello” at the sea. Friendly staff. Simply but beautiful rooms. Good price. The beach is right next to the Hotel. Definitely recommendable :-)

+ gutes Hotel + direkt am Strand + diverse Bars in der Nähe + sehr gutes Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel + gratis Parkplatz vor dem Hotel + sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal + bequemes Bett + nicht allzu Grosse Zimmer, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung + alles vorhanden was man braucht: Dusche, WC, Haarfön, Steckdose, TV - Frühstücksbuffet könnte mehr enthalten und sollte rascher aufgefüllt werden
