Ci sono stato per una sola notte, per fortuna. Ero di passaggio per un viaggio ben più lungo... la zona è centrale. Unico problema è che le stanze non sono esattamente quanto promesso!

ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla stazione, stanza grande e silenziosa peccato per l'aria condizionata fuori uso e l'asciugacapelli poco funzionale.

Hotel economico con alcuni svantaggi

Comodo Hotel vicino alla stazione, comodo per spostamenti verso altre località e verso il centro tramite la metro. Il quartiere in se lascia molto a desiderare, pericoloso la sera. Camera pulita ma abbastanza rumorosa e con cattivo odore persistente. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. In generale per il prezzo pagato può andare.

Vecchio, sporco e stantio, colazione scarsa e con prodotti industriali scadenti. Molto scomoda la reception su un altro piano rispetto alle camere.

Hotel simples que cumpre sua função

O hotel era bem ok, mas dentro do esperado. O quarto é pequeno, as camas postas lado a lado com pouco espaço entre elas, e um grande armário. Havia frigobar, mas não funcionava então nos permitiram deixar algumas coisas na cozinha do hotel. O banheiro é realmente muito pequeno, apertado, e a porta não trancava. Entretanto, está a poucos metros da estação Piazza Principe, o atendimento é muito bom, com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. A wi-fi funciona bem e há tomadas a contento para a quantidade de pessoas (estive em quarto quádruplo). É uma região de centro, então não é uma região bonita, mas tem muitas opções para comer e chega-se facilmente a pé aos principais pontos de interesse turístico. Achei curioso um pedido de desculpas na porta do quarto, pelas condições da infraestrutura do hotel. Explicam que este foi adquirido por um novo proprietário e passará por adequações.

cleaning staff very nice and helpfull

very noisy .could not sleep after 6 thencleaning staff start at 8 unfrienfly receptionist have to go thro ough two security to get to room no where to leave luguage or lounge, bar as stated very disapointing indeed room felt like a prison

Close to the train station

A little difficult to find the hotel since the reception is on the second floor. Only stairs inside the door and had to push button to gave the door opened. The room was ok. Service was ok. Didn't eat the breakfast. Hotel was close to the train station which was the main requirement. Arriving late and leaving the next morning. Was fine for that purpose.

とても良いホテルまた泊まりたい

ジェノヴァ・ピアッツァ・プリンチペ駅から近いし、このホテルから徒歩でほとんどの観光地に行ける。部屋の床は大理石。トイレ・シャワーは共用だったが混みあうことはなかった。wifiもよく繋がり問題なし。いいホテルだった。

Not worth the money

We stayed here for 1 night because there was lots of noise from the busy and sketchy street, lots of noise coming grom the breakfast room almost next to our room and the bed was the worst i have seen in Italy. it was some kind of bowl where we rolled to the middle and we both had some serious back issues afterwards. The room was clean though.

Slaaphok in drukke ongure buurt. No go!

Een grote teleurstelling. Ongure buurt, drukte, geschreeuw op straat. Zogenaamd 'hotel' die de indruk heeft van een goedkoop shabby verblijf. Echt een afrader mensen. Je auto kun je werkelijk nergens kwijt, ver verwijderd van parkings. Met je koffer 2 km lopen doe je niet. Na een uur rondrijden en nauwelijks hulp van de dame achter de 'klaptafelreceptie' in een nauw kamertje op de 1e verd. hebben we besloten maar iets anders te zoeken en dit telefonisch doorgegeven. Ons nog nooit overkomen maar dit was prut. Kostte me even 90 euro want dat bedrag hebben ze gewoon van de rek. gehaald. Geachte Hotels.com, dit was jullie niet waardig...

Как пишут в отзывах реально есть постельные клопы. Покусали( а в остальном все отлично. Была только 1 день по приезду домой написал им об укусах они божились сделать дизинфекцию)

BEDBUGS

Bedbugs! I saw bedbugs in my first room, so they moved me to another. Even more bedbugs! I did some research and I am not the first to have complained about this issue! Avoid this hotel at all costs.
