Charming hotel and personal

Very charming hotel, with nice service. The "back door" out on the bypass was a good way to access the hotel on evenings when the main entrance street was a bit tough.

This hotel isn't fancy, but is good value for the money. Well located near Metro stations, port area and walkable to most parts of the City. Great decor with music theme.

The street where they are located is not nice but is is just that street ,the neighborhood is ok and it is located close to everything. The staff is really nice and helpful and the room was ok too

Cannot fault the hotel and staff. Although it was a good location for exploring the city. The area is quite run down and lots of people hanging around shouting and arguing etc.

The photos definitely do not do the rooms justice. For what I paid to stay there the room was clean, comfortable and had its own bathroom/shower. Air conditioning was fine and overall was a good stay. This area of the hotel was excellent. However, especially for female travelers, the area around the property is pretty rough. I went to the hotel before sundown as I feared it would only get worse. The people outside can be pretty noisy up to midnight. Aside from this, the quality of the hotel is definitely great for this price point, its location however, is not the greatest of areas.

The room and bathroom were clean, but it was lacking a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, something wich is not a given in a lot of budget hotels. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the price was very good value for money. The biggest strenght and weakness of this hotel is the location. It's in a very central spot and just a short walk from all places you'd want to visit. Unfortunately the area doesn't seem very safe. There's a lot of junkies and other suspicious characters loitering in the streets. I wouldn't recommend to be in the area alone at night. The staff does their best to keep the hotel secure and ensure that only guests can enter.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gasse zum hotel war einfach nur beängstigens wenn man abends alleine zum hotel läuft. Sonst war das Hotel für eine durchfahrtsreise Ok. Würde es aber nicht wieder buchen.

Die Umgebung von dem Hotel ist wirklich gefährlich. Um Hotel herum werden Tag und Nacht Drogen verkauft und konsumiert. Ich habe vier Schlägereien innerhalb von drei Tagen gesehen. Abends ist es sehr kompliziert reinzukommen.

Fine for a night!

Staff were really nice and helpful, condition of property was dated. Bathroom was very makeshift and everything needed work. Room was a good size, but bed was old, soft mattress and made so much noise every-time you rolled over! Area didn’t feel great at night, would be fine for a couple but I wouldn’t stay here alone again.

Around the property a little sketchy. Hotel was nice and clean. About a block from more touristy old town. Everyone was lovely, I was there with my daughter so possibly different view of area if wasn't on high alert mode.

Very helpful and nice hotel staff

O hotel temático é charmoso, limpo. O quarto tinha pequena cama de casal, split Ac quente e frio e smart TV. O banheiro novo, com todas as conveniências. O café da manhã é excelente (5 euros um café completo, com frutas, sucos, focaccia, croissant) e ótimo atendimento. Os único ponto negativo é a rua onde está localizado. Apesar de ser bem central (fizemos tudo a pé), não ousamos voltar à noite, porque a frequência não pareceu boa, apesar do recepcionista nos garantir que não havia perigo.

Ok, nästan

Bra o dåligt. Utmärkt personal! Billig (italiensk) o god frukost. Själva hotellet är ok. Från mitt rum, mot hamnen, var jag fullt delaktig i vad som hände utanför, det stod folk och pratade från kväll till morgon och det hörs tydligt, det gör även trafikbruset o sophämtning (som pågår länge på kvällen). Jag sover någorlunda hyfsat ändå men det är verkligen hög ljudnivå. Gatan på framsidan av hotellet undviker man gärna efter skymning, det är mycket "konstigt folk", om inte polisen är på plats.

Lovely hotel in Genoa. Very cool decor and nice, comfortable room. Good location but if you have a room at the back, prepare for late night noise and early morning traffic noise from harbor street. Was not a problem for us, though.
