"Wonderful historical palazzo in a quiet corner , in the historical quarter, perfectly located"

"Beware, Unfortunately, hotel never mentioned how to get to their location by car, they did reserve a parking spot in the valet garage for us. One problem with this hotel it’s in a bus only lane fine area. Google tells you to a U-turn at intersection light, which is a one-way oncoming traffic-wrong direction fine. Only way to get in is to do your U-turn over a double double line which we got a ticket for but the lowest of fines. The hotel is amazing, clean, beautiful staircase the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great. The service outstanding. Great location otherwise near Piazza Ferrari. "

"It's not a 5Star hotel but has the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. Hotel is centrally located, very walkable area. Parking is only a couple of blocks walking so great if you're driving. Staff was great and gave us recommendations to where to visit, eat, etc. Great value... "

The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips. The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel."
