"The staff and checkin/checkout was super easy, the room was nice and the fridge and radio/speaker were nice touches. The downstairs breakfast/restaurant/bar was awesome and we definitely used it! Overall, a great hotel and definitely recommend."

"Staff was helpful and friendly and quickly addressed any concerns we had. I did end up moping floors (feet getting black indoors)and doing dishes (clearly not sanitary to our standards) the evening of our check in. Happy we had supplies available in our cabin to accomplish this. But that would be the fault of previous renters and cleaning staff. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities on site were convenient, they had many activities for families. Pool was refreshing in the heat. Lots of hot food available to purchase on site, and a surprisingly large grocery store as well. It was easy to figure out public transit. And we were able to commute easily to the city center for our excursions and return easily back at the end of our day. The well maintained landscape on the property and the parakeets made it feel natural and tropical. I did not want to stay in the big city, so this was perfect for our desires. I would definitely recommend for families with children."

"They were very hospitable. We arrived very early in the morning and they held our luggage until our room was ready. When we checked out our flight wasn’t until late evening and they allowed us to rest in their lobby which doesn’t sound like much but it was during a heat wave and it meant everything to us 10 out of 10"
