We had a room for 3 people, our son is 13 and was very comfy on the sofa bed. Room super clean, equipped with lots of extras which was nice. Room was soundproof so great overnight. Lungotevere Suite
The location is a bit of a walk away from attractions but we expected a lot of walking. The only negative comment I would leave is it was so loud at night time. We were at the front of the hotel as it sounded like we were on a building site we could not sleep and had a baby with us.
