"The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, the room however had crumbs on the table when we got there and the floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed, there were crumbs too and trash in between the couch. Didn’t like that there was no room service."

"There was poop on the ceiling. A plastic baggy was tied around the smoke detector. The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Really unfortunate that I had to stay because there wasn’t a cancellation and the front desk person was rude "

"It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though."
