"Lovely hotel friendly front of house staff but waitresses on the casino floor were very sparse and when you asked for a drink they were very unfriendly and quite rude and never came back with your drink.. the Lodge Casino across the road was so much nicer"

"The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. Why would they do that? The room was also just marginally clean. The best things about the room was the off-season price and the proximity to Arapahoe Basin ski area."

"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean and comfortable. The TV is good quality. Be nice to have more than four hangers in the closet but no big deal. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with 2 free cups in the room. Two free bottle of water too, you can easily get more at the bars. It's a Caesar's property so bring your rewards card. The food at Brews Brothers is great for casual dining. The free wifi has good signal strength. The free parking garage had plenty of room, it was easy to park close to the elevator entrance."

"Super fun getaway! Booked for a short Father/Daughter trip. Doesn't get better than this treehouse/cabin. Daughter loved everything about it. Beautiful place, clean, private, responsive host, and I can go on and on. Indoor treasure hunt was so much fun. Will be back when there isn't snow so that we can do the outdoor treasure hunt and explore more. Thanks for awesome memories."

"The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. I called maintenance to fix the toilet and AC. I left the room to go start gambling when I got a phone call saying that I needed to be "removed" from the room. I headed back to the check in desk and they moved me to another room where the AC didn't work again. I couldn't sleep because of how hot the room was. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."
