Welcome to Blue Hues, a secluded beachfront retreat in beautiful Old Hooper's Bay, Great Exuma.

Set on more than an acre of lush tropical gardens and native stonework within a private 30 acre community with only seven homes, Blue Hues combines the privacy of a peaceful island hideaway with a convenient central location. Step from your private pool and expansive outdoor living areas to a rarely occupied stretch of calm turquoise water—perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing with family and friends.

THE MAIN HOUSE

The beautifully furnished main house features 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 adults, with an additional queen cabinet bed suitable for 2 small children.

Large windows and outdoor living spaces showcase spectacular turquoise-water views, while the spacious pool deck and patio provide plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Our separate guest house offers:

The guest house is available for $190 per night plus a $50 cleaning fee and must be requested before booking.

Most importantly: the guest house is NEVER rented separately to another group. Whether or not you add it to your reservation, you will never share the property with other renters.

Blue Hues is located within the secluded Old Hooper's Bay community, tucked away from the main road with no public road access to the beach.

Enjoy calm, protected water just steps from the house, a wonderful offshore reef for snorkeling, and more than 180 degrees of beautiful turquoise-water views.

Spend the morning on the beach, the afternoon beside your private pool, and the evening enjoying the island breeze from the patio.

COMFORT & CONNECTIVITY

Both the main house and guest house are equipped with automatic whole-house generators, providing added comfort and peace of mind during island power interruptions.

Our Wi-Fi network provides strong coverage throughout the property—including the beach—and Starlink connectivity makes streaming easy.

You'll enjoy exceptional privacy while remaining centrally located for Georgetown, restaurants, groceries, shopping and other island amenities. Exuma International Airport is also just a short drive away.

The main house and optional guest house are rented exclusively to one group and are never rented separately.

The optional guest house is not available through Instant Book. Please send an inquiry before booking if you would like to include it.

Certain holiday periods and March/April Spring Break dates require longer minimum stays. Please review the booking requirements (below) for your travel dates.

President’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and all Spring Break weeks in March/April: 7-night minimum stay required.

March Spring Break: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.

Christmas & New Year’s: 10-night minimum stay required for stays that include Christmas and/or New Year’s Day.
