You will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and tours all within a few steps. Sit out on one of three balconies and take in the street view while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We are right in the heart of the downtown shopping district and just across the street from the entrance to Georgetown's Harborwalk.
A 1150 square foot spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa. Perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home. A full size, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and convenient if you choose to cook. Kitchen also has a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and teas. A perfect spot for a family or romantic getaway.

Retirement Celebration

This was a great stay for 2 friends celebrating a milestone! The apartment was perfect, and we had a great time visiting Georgetown as well as Litchfield Beach and Pawley's Island.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very nicely furnished and well-stocked. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location was great for enjoying downtown. We enjoyed walking the surrounding neighborhood which is very pretty. And Ginger was a very nice and accommodating owner; she even allowed us to change our dates at the last moment due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this place.

Cleanest place in the VRBO System

Great clean and well manicured place. I had the privilege of meeting the Owner at checkout and you can hear the pride he takes to make sure everything is PERFECT !!! Oh, the best beds to sleep 🛌 in also. Great location and just great place.

Wonderful and convenient

We had an incredible stay with Ginger. The space was immaculate. It is in the heart of front street which made it perfect for walking to all that downtown Georgetown has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Location

Went down with a few guys to play some golf and get away from our spouses and kids for weekend. Location was great for shopping around and walking distance to all restaurants and bars on Front Street. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to the action on Front Street. We’ll be back for sure.

Family time

Ginger and her husband were both very gracious hosts and we would definitely choose to stay here again. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Very clean with nice fluffy towels and many blankets to cuddle into on the couch. Location is perfect for day trips to the beach or plantation explorations. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and walking on the pier.

Love this condo. Its a great location. Well stocked kitchen. Super clean. Love being downtown Georgetown. Split time between Huntington State Park beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Fresh seafood markets are amazing. We'll be back for sure.

The best of both worlds!

The location of this property can't be beat. The proximity to downtown and the harbor is even better than I imagined. Everything you could need from restaurants to shopping to beautiful waterfront views. And only 15-20 minutes from the beach! On top of the location, the property was just beautiful. Clean, well decorated, and the balcony view of downtown and the harbor is a real treat. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

New Year boys Duck hunt!! Shopping for Mom!!

The place was awesome 👌 Location is perfect for what ever you want to do. My boys went duck hunting and I was right there for the shopping and restaurants. My son and I got to speak with the one of the owners super nice guy. The house was super nice and everything was great. Alot of stuff already supplied to make you feel at home!!! We will be back. You will not be disappointed!!!

Harbor Hideaway

Excellent property. Listing states 2 baths, however, it was 1.5 baths. Parking is a problem. Hard to sleep due to deliver personnel for town in early a.m. and bars at night.

Weekend with friends

Perfect location for a weekend exploring Georgetown with friends. Apartment on the second floor with great views of Front Street. Very neat, and stocked with the essentials. We will be back.

Best location

Location and accommodation are the best. You can wake up, make coffee and sit on the balcony and enjoy town. When you are ready to explore town, just walk downstairs and out the door, you are right in town for the boardwalk, restaurants, museums and a nice 17 min walk to a park along the water.
