Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service auch. Wir sind ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit angekommen und haben eine rechte Zeit gewartet, bis jemand gekommen ist, um uns reinzulassen. "Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

"When we arrived the door was locked with no instructions to get in. The owner of the restraunt in front of yhe hotel called the owner for us he gave us a passcode to open the lock box for our key to enter. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy behind the building. "
