DAMP WET ROOM

Stayed for 2 night and my room was damp and bed wet, couldn’t sleep and had to get a new room at 1am when I had to leave at 6am to my next stop in the road trip, when I arrived at the next destination I open my suitcase and all my clothes are damp and destroyed

Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Mogelijkheid om goed te eten en te drinken. Ook in de omgeving. Welness mogelijkheid (hebben we niet gedaan omwille van het warme weer). Een echte aanrader.

De eerste twee dagen redelijk ontbijt, de derde dag was een grote groep vertrokken, geen zoette broodproducten meer, geen verse fruit (meloen), drie van de vijf dagen moeten vragen om de koude melk aan te vullen, 2 smakeloze kaas keuzes. Harde bedden, topper zou wat comfort toevoegen. Vlekken in het tapijt. Geen koelkast en geen airco. Laatste nacht balkondeuren open geen optie, last van herrie uit de Boskapel waar een evenement plaats vond, kamer aan de achterkant of tenminste een waarschuwing zou gewaardeerd zijn!! Eerste avond gegeten in het restaurant, konden alleen om 18 uur, of 20 uur terecht. Eten niet bijzonder, droge schnitzel, te donker gebakken aardappeltjes. Kortom teleurstellend, beslist geen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Licht und Schatten

Das Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, wer beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht satt oder zufrieden wird, ist selbst schuld. Alles positiv und viel Licht. Weniger schön war, trotz Ankunft am späten Nachmittag, Zimmer sehr kühl da Heizkörper nicht aufgedreht waren. Duschen bei der Temperatur nicht möglich. Und abends um 21 (!) Uhr kein restaurant- oder Barbetrieb mehr, und das auf Samstag am Wochenende. Der Schatten wäre mit ein Quentchen mehr Service leicht zu beheben, das Haus selbst hat Toplage und Zimmer.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und schön. Die Betten waren aber sehr hart, die Toilette extrem niedrig. Es war für mich bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass der Saunabereich zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut und frisch, obwohl wir in der Woche kamen und die Geschäfte offen waren, Obstsalat mit Dosenfrüchten, Aufschnitt nicht frisch, Brötchen viel zu hart, Milch zu wenig...

Sehr nettes Personal, eine gute Saunalandschaft und eine schöne ruhige Lage über der Stadt mit schönem Ausblick: Das macht das Hotel zu einem guten Ort um zu bleiben. Essen und Getränke waren gut und unser Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht war modern ausgestattet. Abzüge gibt es wegen zu weicher Matrazen und dafür, dass im Restaurant Allergene nicht gekennzeichnet sind.

Das Hotel ist gut und die Lage ist ruhig . Das Einchecken war ganz ok mit einem großen Kritikpunkt. . Schon auf dem Weg zum Zimmer wurde uns, ganz beiläufig mitgeteilt das die Zimmerreinigung erst ab der 3 Übernachtung durchgeführt würde. . .aus Umweltschutz gründen. . Auf meine Frage ob es denn möglich wäre jeden Tag frische Handtücher zu bekommen. .kam die Aussage. . die müssen sie sich schon selber an der Rezeption holen genau wie evtl. benötigtest Toilettenpapier . ..BITTE ??? Beim lesen der Hotelinfos A bis Z steht dort unter Z /Zimmerreinigung. ..sollte eine Reinigung gewünscht werden solle man einfach an der Rezeption Bescheid geben. ????? Das Personal war, mit Ausnahme der Rezeptionistin, überaus freundlich. Sie war sehr unfreundlich und herablassend, was einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Ein durchaus angenehmes Hotel.

Das Hotel Löwenstein ist ein äußerst angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem Service und einer ausgezeichneter Küche. Das Zimmer ist angenehm groß und das Bett ist herrlich. Nur die Dusche ist für Herren meines Alters nicht einfach, denn man muss in die Badewanne steigen auch ist Lage für einen gehbehinderten nicht die Beste. Doch empfehle ich das Hotel gern weiter.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf Gerolstein und die Eifel. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Eifelsteig und viele andere Wanderwege. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Speisen und einem leckeren Frühstücksbuffet's. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad hatte sogar eine Wanne. Ich persönlich bin kein Fan von Teppichböden, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder zur Durchreise. Das Personal , vorallem im Gastronomiebereich ist sehr sehr freundlich.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt

Hotel in schöner Lage ,idealer Ausgangspunkt als Wanderstartort,am Wald gelegen ruhige Lage ,auf dem Berg gelegen,schönes und großzügiges Zimmer,alles sehr sauber. Über Internet das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht, jedoch wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Gerolstein.

Leider wurde mir der so sehr gepriesene angenehme und ruhige Aufenthalt durch eine sehr laut feiernde Hochzeitsgesellschaft bis 4:00 in der Früh vermasselt!
