"Our brief, 1-night stay at the cabin was great. Having firewood readily available to burn helped take the chill off. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Jokull was a great communicator. My only regret about our stay was we didn't get to use the sauna; we were beat from a long day. But, we were treated to a Northern Lights show in the wee hours of the night, after the clouds parted. Visible right from the deck. "

"The cabin was clean and quaint and cozy, set out in the country. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after touring all day. The road to get there, 535, was full of pot holes that we had to carefully avoid. However, on the 2nd to last day of our trip they regraded 90% of the road which made it a lot better. The beds were very comfortable. The host was kind and communicative making everything easy before we got there. We really enjoyed our stay!"

We especially loved the mountain scenery and being right next to horses — such a peaceful and unique setting. The home was easy to find, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The shower setup was a little quirky, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall, a great experience!"
