"This was a hugely disappointing stay. We had spent two nights on the other side of the river on our way down through France and had hoped for better things. Our experience was that we were 'end of season', that staff had lost interest in their guests. We had a very matter of fact welcome and from then on may as well not have been in the hotel. "The room was large enough, but basic feeling decor/building materials. It really felt like a very basic hotel. However, the breakfast was included and it was good. Very nice perk. I had a loft bedroom which was warm, even when the windows were open and it was quite cool on the first floor. A fan would have helped. I'm not sure how one would regulate the temps, but for our short stay it was ok. I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The bus was not far, so convenient to get around."
