Guter Service, schöne einrichtung, gute Lage des Hotels. Leider sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert, unser Zimmer zur Straße ließ die Straßenbahn durch das Bett fahren.

Par rapport à d’autres NH que j’ai fréquentés, celui-ci est le moins beau et le moins moderne. Les chambres sont assez froides. J’y étais en décembre 2012 et tout est resté pareil. La réception et le bar sont trop sombres

Great location, great value.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. Front reception very professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is located close to the Central train station and a tram spot directly across the street to easy access to downtown. Several restaurants in the area providing a variety of choices.

Excellent quality and value

Given the price I paid, I expected a 'budget' type hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The room was very large, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet selection was one of the best I've seen anywhere. The only downside - and not the hotel's fault - is that it's in a fairly quiet area overall but the trams run right outside and make a fair bit of noise.

Not the best experience

We booked and paid via Hotels. Com but they couldn't find payment at the hotel so I ended up paying twice. It took 50 mins on the chat line trying to get the money back. Nice big room, but caught my foot on the unfinished flooring next to the bed. Strangest was having the receptionist putting his hand on my back whilst helping input the WiFi code on my ohone! If I wasn't a 6ft bloke it would have been even more awkward. The hotel is a fair way from the centre but the tram is very convenient.

Not recommended unless you need the main station

They say they have free wifi, but it's super slow (you can't even watch a YouTube video) and if you want better you'll have to pay. There is nothing nearby except the central station. You have to walk 30 minutes to the city center. The breakfast prices was outrageous, and the only other options of breakfast were walking to city center (where everything was closed on sundays) or eat food from the station kiosk. The walls of the room were disgusting. And they reserve 25 euros on your credit card at check in, and if you wanted to borrow an umbrella you needed another 25 euros frozen on your account (we have been travelling for a month and much cheaper hotels just gave us umbrellas). This is the worst of all the hotels we've been to. Oh, and they didn't restock coffee and there was no milk or creamer.
