La Lua Resort Ninh Binh

"We stayed at La Lua Resort for two nights. The room was well appointed with great views of the rice fields and mountains, and the staff were attentive. If you want to unplug and relax on site, it is a great choice. A few things to keep in mind: Location: It is 15+ km from Tam Coc, where most of the action and food options are. Bike rental services would not deliver to the hotel, so we had to take a Grab into town to rent bikes and eat. Value: As the most expensive stay of our 6-hotel trip, the breakfast and afternoon tea fell short of expectations for the price point. Great spot to unwind, but factor in the distance if you plan to explore Tam Coc."

"This is a little slice of paradise. One of those rare places you feel emotional leaving. Staff was so kind, helpful. We are so glad we decided to stay a little outside the city, Grabs always showed up within 5 min even faster at times. Would soooo recommend this place. The animals on the property are precious and extremely good food at the restaurant. Honestly we had to force ourselves to leave it was so peaceful."

"Loved our stay at Tam Coc Gardens! It might be too secluded for some as it is a few kilometres from Tam Coc but for us, it was perfect. The area is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The garden bungalows were roomy and very comfortable; and the food was excellent. Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"The owners are amazing! If you are looking for a beautiful stay, clean room, great AC, great home cooked breakfast, coffee, water bottles and 10 star hospitality! They even have a gorgeous puppy on site, goats on the mountain side, and a beautiful view for even your bathroom. We were about a 10-15 min Grab ride from all of the tours and things to do. A peaceful getaway which was perfect for us!"

"This was a great property within walking distance of the quaint town of Tam Coc. The room was spacious and had a great view of the surrounding landscape. It was exactly as pictured. The morning breakfast was substantial with a wide range of options. The staff helped me book a tour on arrival."
