"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"Wenn du die Einsamkeit liebst und den ganzen Strand am liebsten für dich alleine hast, dann entscheide dich für dieses tolle Haus. Es hat alles was du brauchst. Große Küche, schöne Terrasse, Pool und Privatsphäre. Wir kommen wieder!"

"The hotel is perfectly positioned, right by the sea and just away from the main centre (but still with a couple of minutes stroll) so it's quiet and peaceful. Our room (the suite) was spacious and the balcony a good size. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were super friendly and helpful – the ice cream bar is a constant temptation!"

"There are so many wonderful assets to this villa, too many to list in total. The best aspects for us were location, incredible views, plenty of space indoors and out, multiple clean, comfortably-sized bathrooms, laundry and security. The location is out of the way, so if you want city scenes and amenities stay closer to Athens. But only 20 minutes drive south brings you to Nea Makri which is full of excellent seafood and other fare, right along a long and lovely stretch of beach. Back at the villa the view is just incredible. From the rooftop you can view the complete 360, from the Agean all the way up to the snow-capped Pindus mountain range; amazing! The villa likely has all the comforts of your own home but more patios and verandas than some boutique beach hotels. The main living area is inviting, offering many lighting options to let you set whatever mood you like. Every bedroom has one more veranda to enjoy the views. My guess is that some with young children might be wary due to the sunken living room, multiple stairways and potentially slippery marble and tile floors. Also of note is the requirement to not flush paper products. Each bathroom offers a bidet, which again might not be the best option for those with young children. However if you wanted to host a small family reunion then this property could work very well. Both the owner and property manager were very helpful on any way possible. Happy travels to all."

"Heaven on Earth. It is difficult to describe in a few words how maginifcent the house, the beach and the hosts are. It is absolutely amazing and even better than in the photos.As the house is one of the very few at the end of the road, it means the beach is almost private and you are 20-30 meters from others (and that is on a busy day).The beach is just in front of the house, soft send in and out the water. The water is cristal clear and not a single wave even on the windiest days. Stunning!The house is massive. On the lower ground floor, you get two bedrooms with bathrooms and a big room with table tennis and a sofa bed. You get straight into the garden from this floor.On the upper ground floor you get a home theatre room (with great home cinema on a projector, tons of movies and excellent surround system), a bathroom with shower and a massive open plan kitchen-dinning-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think off. The kitchen leads to a massive patio with plenty of room for all, a big dinning table, barbeque, pizza stove, and a few tables, chairs, lounge chairs. The patio leads to the upper level of the very well maintained gardens with palm and olive trees.On the top floor you get two big bedrooms, with a family bathroom.We were 3 families (10 people) and the house was not crowded at all, plenty of space.And in the end the hosts, they are the most kind people. Responded to all queries before and during the stay very quickly."
