"My husband and I have now stayed here twice while visiting our daughter. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are just what we need, and the breakfast (especially on weekends when they cook eggs to order and have more variety) are great! We enjoy the courtyard for breakfast or lounging by the fireplace or near the water fountain. We have used the hot tub frequently but haven't yet braved the pool when the evenings are cool. One thing we noticed this time was that the a/c and fridge were a bit noisy during the night which is a minor thing. We will definitely return to this charming place. Thank you !"

"Have stayed at this motel off and on for the last 20 years, since moving away from California. The reason that we stay here is the location. It is very close to family. Also, it is probably the least expensive in Irvine. The front desk staff are fabulous. They are all friendly, courteous, professional, respectful, and helpful. The motel has needed to be remodeled for the last 20 years. The building outside has been painted and looks like a brand new building. The lobby is very nice. The carpeting in the hallways is so old and smells bad. The rooms have not been remodeled at all. Lighting in the rooms is poor. Carpet in the rooms is old. Smells bad. Parking in the lot used to be free. Now you pay. Laundry used to be free. Now you pay. Washers and dryers are ancient and smell bad. The gym is nice though. The one positive feature is that it is next door to Hoge Hospital."

"The accommodations are modest but adequate. My room was clean and had everything we needed-and also had a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was a bit tight. They had a really nice continental breakfast included. And the also had a pool and sauna I didn’t use. Overall great quality for the price right in Laguna hills!"
