El alojamiento es una maravilla, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar para pasar unos días estupendos. Hemos ido 11 adultos, una niña y un bebe y hemos estado muy a gusto. Destacar que la piscina tiene un escalón inicial de un metro cuadrado aprox. donde las peques han estado jugando sentadas muy contentas. Si volvemos por esa zona sin duda repetiremos alojamiento!!

No falta nada, SI LO QUE DESEAS ES DESCANSAR Y DISFRUTAR, ESTA ES LA PROPIEDAD QUE DEBES ELEGIR, sin dudar!!! Beautiful views, stunning location, quiet and traditional. The house was lovely with so much space! Plenty of room for us (6 adults 3 children) Well loved garden with fruiting plants and the pool is also lovely. Just a 10 minute drive to Sigunto beach which was perfect! The owners are incredibly friendly and on-call for any help if needed. A fantastic location for those looking for a more scenic and relaxing holiday and those interested in historical places to visit but still brilliant for children. Would thoroughly recommend a visit!!! Thank You for letting us stay in your lovely home!!

Un fin de semana muy agradable

Nuestra estancia en este chalet ha sido muy agradable, la casa está totalmente equipada y reformada, disfrutando así de sus distintas zonas: terrazas, sala de juegos, paellero, piscina,...La zona es tranquila y cercana a bonitas excursiones como el Dragón de la Calderona, Sagunt o la zona de Santo Espíritu. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias!

Maison et jardin très agréable à vivre pour 3 familles (12 pers). L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont vraiment spacieux pour se sentir à l'aise et que chacun y trouve son compte. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine extérieure bien équipée (grands plats à paëlla, trépied, barbecue) avec évier / douchette super pratique pour nettoyer. Bien qu'il y ait des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim ... Les proprio sont très sympas, disponibles rapidement en cas de besoin (ne parle pas français mais les traducteurs prennent le relais ;-)) et ont le sens du tourisme et de l'amitié (présentation des lieux à visiter, adresse resto, info/plaquettes sur la région et ils nous ont offert 1 btll de vin rouge, 1 blanc, melon : adorables merci pour ces attentions !). A noter, la présence de ROCKY le chat de la maison ! résident annuel, qui est habitué au chien (nous en avions un, et la cohabitation s'est fait tout de suite), chat d'une amabilité égale à celle de ses maîtres. A la sortie de piscine, ATTENTION aux glissades pour les petits ... le carrelage de la terrasse, une fois humide, se transforme en patinoire. Excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa. Nous étions 11 personnes, 4 adultes, 6 ados et un enfant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La villa est spacieuse, pratique, bien équipée et très bien entretenue. La piscine également. La salle de sport et la salle de jeux avec billard, babyfoot et basket sont très appréciables. Les ados ont adorés. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles, un coup de fil et c’était vite réglé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cette maison. Nous vous recommandons !

Una maravilla,aire puro entre naranjos

Maravilla de chalet entre montaña y mar con todos los servicios a un paso y diversion para los peques y no tan peques asegurada (tiene de todo) piscina ,juegos recreativos... Trato atento y facil. Mantenimiento de las instalaciones muy profesional. Despues de pasar en el unas vacaciones la vuelta al trabajo se hace mas llevadera. Recomendable 100%. Saludos a Mar (propietaria) y a Miguel (mantenimiento) muy profesional en su trabajo. Volveremos.

superbe villa tres grande et confortable

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette villa très spacieuse, les lits et matelas ainsi que les chambres sont très confortable, la grande terrasse permet de manger tous les jours dehors et pratique avec une cuisine à coté très bien équipée avec tous les accessoires, les salles de bains sont supers. les salles de jeux avec billard, babyfoot et basket et des appareils de mise en forme au rez de chaussée nous ont permis de passer des après-midi quand on ne sortait pas. le grand parking permet la station de 3 à 4 véhicules à l'intérieur. les commerces ne sont pas très loin village à 1 km. les plages de canet de bereguer à 9 km sont magnifiques . Nous étions 9 personnes le matin plage l’après midi piscine. Les propriétaires sont super sympathiques et nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise, quand on avait besoin de quelque chose, un coup de fil et c’était vite réglé. Pour des grandes familles le budget est abordable. Je vous conseille d'aller passer les vacances dans cette villa vous reviendrez enchantés. Et j'allais oublié le coté barbecue pratique. Je donne le bonjour aux propriétaires qui nous ont reçu comme de la famille. M. et Mme Galdeano

Au top du top !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cette maison, un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. La maison est propre et très bien aménagée et équipée, les photos sont anciennes la maison a été bien améliorée. La piscine entretenue régulièrement. Ventilateurs dans chaque pièces. Les prestations suivantes sont aussi géniales que la maison : Salle de jeux : billard, babyfoot, jeux de société Salle de sport : panier basket, tapis de course, vélo, step, power plate... Machine à laver, sèche linge, 3 télévisions, abri voitures... Supermarché 300 mètres, village 600 mètres et mer à 15 minutes ! On c'est senti comme à la maison. Rien à dire ! Juste génial !

Recommandée, sans aucune restriction.

Nous étions à trois familles (4 personnes, 2 personnes, 1 personne). Maison spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée et bien entretenue. L'arrivée y fut un peu difficile; notre système de navigation ne connaissant pas toutes les langues officielles d'Espagne. Le fils du propriétaire nous a rapidement montrer ce que "accueil" veut dire en Espagne en venant nous chercher dans le village. La piscine (bien entretenue) a fait la joie particulièrement des enfants. Nous avons profité d'un grand nombre d'équipements (salle de jeux, grille, machine à laver, ..). La table dans la cour fut grande ce qui nous a permis d'y accueillir des amis. La maison est bien située ce qui nous a facilement permis de faire des excursions vers Valence, dans l'intérieur des terres, et bien sûr les plages. La communication avec le propriétaire fut un peu difficile: il parle aussi peu le français que nous "l'espagnol". Mais avec l'usage des mains et un peu d'intuition l'essentiel fut dit et bien compris. Devrions nous retourner en vacances dans la région, ce serait sans aucun doute notre résidence de premier choix. Recommandable et recommandée, donc, sans restriction.

superbe villa

superbe villa sans aucunes mauvaises surprises.La maison est spacieuse et très propre.Il ne manque rien.Nous étions 10 personnes durant la location dont 6 enfants de 15 ans à 15 mois et il y avait tout pour eux( vélos ,poussette,billard....)Les propriétaires sont très gentils.La villa se situe dans un charmant village au pied de la montagne avec une vue magnifique.Le site touristique est très riche et Valence se trouve a seulement 20 mn en voiture.Je recommande cette adresse à tout ceux qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances en toute sérénité,et je garde cette villa dans mon carnet de vacances
