"This is one of the BEST VRBO’s we have ever stayed. Pam is an attentive host and available to answer questions promptly. Perfect home for family of 6, 4 adult kids and my husband and I. Walking to shipwreck beach for an easy beach day or a quick car ride to Poipu beach and both beaches are gorgeous. Poipu is a great base having everything you need but easy to access the rest of the island for daily adventures. They have considered guests EVERY need and have labeled and organized the home so efficiently. We cooked several nights at the house and had every convenience as if we were at home. Beds are very comfortable and towels are nice too and home is Extremely clean and well kept. Look no further this is the place to stay!"

"We were disappointed that the air conditioner was broken and we had a few window units. They were noisy and not very efficient. We got the note about the AC almost a month before our stay. Seems like they had time to fix it… We were told there was no pack n play for the toddler that was traveling with us and was sent a link to rent it??? That is one thing that absolutely should be provided by the property. So we stopped on the way from the airport to purchase one which was cheaper than renting one from the link. When we arrived there we found…a pack n play in one of the closets. Nice, but took valuable time both purchasing and returning ours. Frustrating. Great location, close to wonderful beaches, turtles and seals! There was a closet at the property that was SO helpful, it had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles. We were very grateful for these and got lots of use out of them."

FULL OCEAN VIEWS Poipu Beach House, LOVELY lanai and A/C

"My family of six adults stayed here for the first week in July. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The house is just beautiful. And it’s furnished very comfortably with everything you could possibly want, including loads of small appliances, cookware, dishes, towels, etc and so many pantry staples. All the beach gear was exactly as promised and in great shape! The views from the lanai were wonderful! It was so lovely to sit out there and have breakfast every morning looking at the ocean. The A/C worked very well. We only used it in the bedrooms at night, and kept the main living area open to the outside, including the high windows over the front door for cross ventilation, and we always had the fans on. Everything we wanted to do in the Koloa area was a 6 to 8 minute drive away so this was an ideal location. It was about a 17 minute walk along the greenbelt to a swimmable beach (Poipu), but with a wagon to help we managed to get a cooler, six beach chairs, two umbrellas and all of our beach gear there no problem. Finally, Raff is an exceptional host! He was excellent communicating with us! There were virtually no issues, but the couple of questions we did have he responded to immediately. Additionally the departure procedures were minimal and easy to take care of, which allowed us to leave with our Aloha spirit intact! A perfect vacation! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The koi pond in the courtyard was such a beautiful, peaceful touch and immediately made us feel relaxed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the fully equipped kitchenette, which made it feel like a home away from home. The property was also incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again."

"House was better than the pictures! Very clean and lots of room for our family. The outdoor area was lovely and very private. The walk to Shipwreck Beach was short (5 minutes or so) and easy. Having AC in the bedrooms was nice—although the house stayed fairly cool (even in July), and there were a lot of fans. (The master bath was a bit toasty but that was minor.) Restaurants and shops were all close."

"This was our 2nd visit to Kauai and we wanted to share the island with our large Family, and finding this house at this location was perfect. Having a pool worked out great and was a must for evening get togethers as we were a large group of 16. Although we did not cook, the kitchen had everything available if needed. Bathrooms had everything. This House is spacious, in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for morning and evening walks! For non beach days, The hotel in front offers 3rd party access to their pools and lagoons also. Restaurants, stores, coffee shops nearby. We also worked with the 3rd party rental company for extras such as chairs and wagons and toddler beach toys. Our hostess Rachel was friendly and quick to respond to any of our minor concerns!"
