It's was good for one night for us to be close to airport. The A/C didn't work, bed is hard as a rock, pillows were paper thin. True it's an older establishment, however they could maybe clean their hallway carpets, get better mattresses and make it more comfortable! The breakfast was decent and probably the best part of the hotel. I would have hated this to be "The" hotel to spend our vacation at ! And it's not a 4 star hotel! At best maybe a 3 .

We stopped for 1 night. Hotel room was good, clean and quiet. In need of some modernisation. AC was a little noisy while asleep. Reception and checkin was good. Free Carparking a bonus and adequate. Beach area easy to access on foot. Beach facilities are good, but it is a rocky beach area. Bring rubber shoes. Breakfast is also good and adequate. Overall, would recommend this hotel for brief stays while travelling.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the maid was kind and helpful in keeping our room clean and comfortable. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It often took a long time to get assistance, which was frustrating. The hotel’s restaurant served good food, but the customer service was awful. A reservation was required to sit in the outdoor area, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. This was disappointing and made the dining experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and clean, but the customer service at both the hotel and restaurant needs significant improvement.

It's an ok hotel. A bit run down. It's cheap and clean with a good breakfast so that's a positive. But if you do not have a car you have to rely of the rare city bus to take you to a restaurant - closest of which is about 4km away. There is a restaurant on premises but it's very limited.

Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other travellers.

This hotel was a great stop-over for one night, my only wish is that I had more time to spend there. The grounds a beautiful, it’s got a nice big pool and it’s right on the beach. Dinner and breakfast were great.

This hotel is beautiful and staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and property kept up. Breakfast had a good variety nothing fancy but a little bit of everything. Only downfall is location is away from city center so catching a cab a little pricey.... I would definitely stay here again

In its prime, this would have been a wonderful hotel. Close to the beach and amenities. It needs a bit of love and a good coat of paint. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, dust on the window sills. The blanket and sheets had yellow stains on it from body fluids. Staff was lovely enough but hotel needs some TLC

Good hotel with top class breakfast

The hotel is located in a nice place close to Bari. The room was clean, well equipped and warm. They upgraded us to a better room. Everything was very good and as expected for a 4 star hotel. One item that stands out is the top class breakfast. Best breakfast of our travel where we stayed in 7 hotels. Maybe even our best breakfast in Italy.

Good sized room and bathroom and very clean. Next to the beach with a nice pool. Conveniently located close to the aimport and a 25 min drive to old Bari. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were each offered a generous breakfast to go for our early departure. Definitely a 👍

Receptionists were friendly and welcoming, they arranged a shuttle to the airport without costs and assisted with leaving our luggage at the hotel after the check out until our flight time.

Great property, but it is helpful to have a car. Taxis are very expensive. Bus to Bari is a doable option. David was helpful at the pool and reception bar. Breakfast is well managed —and tasty. Cleaning staff was helpful and kind. Antonio in animation was EXTREMELY helpful with kids!
