Fantastic location in the centre. Good sized, clean room with fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were very helpful and polite and breakfast was superb with plenty of choices.

There is nothing wrong with the property - it is conveniently located and the staff are very professional. Most simply put the building is aging, the pipes are old and despite a light facelift the property feels dated and the plumbing a bit smelly and the toilets a little janky. The rooms are clean-ish, the air conditioning works very well, the showers have great water pressure and the price is fair. It’s a no frills hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the lovely park Devesa nearby. One thing to mention - the one site parking is convenient but very tightly configured underground and those with non-compact cars should think twice.
