"I've stayed here a few times and usually everything is spot on. But this time it was let down by a room that could have been a bit cleaner. Used soap and shampoo in the shower, hair all over the chair and a toilet that needed a wipe down. There's lots of pluses with this place and its a shame its ..."

"Close to Marina, cafes and restaurants all walkable. Nicely decorated and kept property with great views. Large bedrooms with great comfort. Luggage storage available if going to Heron Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend the Oaks."

The Club Hotel
"The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."

"This motel is an ex-aged care facility and it still feels like one. Rooms are very dated, no bathrooms, there are shared bathrooms every 3-4 rooms and they are like a public bathroom.
