we enjoyed the bar, especially Tom the bartender the nights we were there. he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The room was nice and quiet, although a little small. The reception staff was always helpful and nice.

This is my second stay here, the last time was a couple of years ago. As soon as I checked in I was reminded of why I came back. The staff are really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean too. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Glasgow. Highly recommended.
