"So disappointed in our room, however it was only for one night. We had a view of carpark opposite!
Main area of concern was the time it took to be served for dinner, almost an hour! We had to ask if we could order and when meal arrived mine was luke warm(just) and my friends chicken burger was pink in middle. Spoke to lovely waitress who apologised and spoke to manager, who gave us a whole £10 off! We were by this time in a rush to go to concert.
Breakfast next day wasnt much better. Cold mushrooms and hash browns. Plates were also cold, so that didnt help. Throroughly dissapointing stay for cost. Astounded that this hotel has such a good name too."
