We really enjoyed our stay at the historic Smith hotel B&B. The owner was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was original and excellent. The hotel is old, but the beds were good and the prices were very reasonable. We would stay with them again.

This property is very old. Our bathroom had an old tub that was very deep and difficult to get into. also the bathroom floor was very uneven and felt like you were very off balanced. But overall the room had everything you needed and was quite charming. The hosts served a nice breakfast.

Great place to stay with lots of history. Lovely owners/hostesses. Breakfast was great with their Alaska 1:00 O'Clock waffles, Juice, Fruit, Coffee, Yogurt and Granola, though a protein would have been good for my diabetic husband. Lovingly crafted and carved furniture by the owner's deceased husband. Not handicapped accessible...outside stairs to the rooms and steep inside stairs to the dining room. Bed was very high with no step stool, so it was a challenge, but we managed. My husband always appreciates when I find little jewels like this place for our travels.

The outside property is so beautiful. Rochelle keeps the grounds so quaint and gorgeous. Inside is so nostalgic and brings you back to simpler times. We only stayed 1 night. Hot water and great water pressure for a wonderful shower after a long hike. We had a terrace outside our room which the sun rises. Comfortable bed. Delicious fresh breakfast. You can't beat the price. This place is truly a gem. I definitely recommend. But book quickly or you'll miss out.

When using Waze to locate the property be sure to input 295 N Main Street not just 295 Main Street. Breakfast was excellent, 1 O'clock waffles were great! Rochelle and Bunny were great hostesses and made our stay very comfortable.

Such a quiet and peaceful stay. Spent a couple of nights and had a fabulous experience. The interior decoration was spot on to give a cozy feeling. The garden was beautifully maintained with many trees and flowers all around. Plenty of hummingbirds in the garden. We also got a nice view of the stars from our room. Rochelle and Bunny were so welcoming. They did an amazing job in restoring this historical property.

Excellent place to stay on our trip between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The family style breakfast gave us a chance to meet new people and our hosts. The waffles made with Mike’s secret recipe were excellent, although my husband thought a couple slices of bacon would have been good to go with them. Our only complaint was the faucets in the sink in room 5 needed updating, but otherwise excellent.

Breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit and yogurt and 1 o’clock waffles. They keep you going and full until 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I can testify to that. We loved talking to Rochelle. She has had such an interesting life. Would happily stay again.
