"First, $74 dollars to self park!!! And they were not helpful or friendly. Told us to go down a long hall to the end for elevators and then we did. No elevators. Carrying 4 bags. No bell hop. No one to help at all. It was the worst bed I have ever slept on and paid a premium to do it! As a travel agent, I won’t be recommending this place to my clients."

"We didn’t eat there. Pay attention to room size because our room is very small, but it worked for us. The price was perfect on Expedia if your platinum member. Ours was only for one night, but I do advise if you stay more than one night. Definitely get a bigger room than we had. Everyone there was very polite."

"Liked the fact they have cheap parking and there is security. Hate the fact each room comes with 1 pillow for each guest. As well why only 3 towels. When booking they know there is 4 people. Aside from that its a great place to stay with loads of amenities for a great price."

"This hotel is close to many LA spots you must see like the Angels Flight Railway which drops you off right in front of grand central market. It’s close the Library, Coffee shops and restaurants. Their heated pool is so relaxing the staff was so nice and friendly. I’m looking forward to staying here again. "
