Walk out onto a large porch to sit in sun or under the covered Farmers porch out on outdoor sofa & teak patio set for lunch or BBQ. Enjoy the nice yard for kids or dog to play and hot outdoor shower for after beach. The property is surrounded by trees that give great privacy and a long driveway offers plenty of parking. Short walking or biking distance to: village, beach, bay, pier, shops, restaurants and beautiful sunsets while walking your dog on Shore Road. Explore all the natural beauty and history of Cape Ann: Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester within a short drive and without the traffic of Cape Cod!!.Take a rainy day train ride, along the picturesque North Shore, to experience the amazing old history of Salem & Boston. A real New England Classic Summah beach cottage for your summer family vacation!! Grey Beach (a.k.a. Magnolia Beach is a mixed availability beach w/the East end public for your use to sit, swim, kayak, etc.)
