A really comfortable stay in this lovely hotel. We were lucky to enjoy some sunny weather, so a bonus to sit outside on the decking looking out to the gorgeous view.

The room was supposed to be superior, very tired needed maintaining better. Staff were friendly but multitasking in bar restaurant and reception, so service in bar and restaurant was slow. Price paid for room too high for standard. We would not stay here again

Lovely hotel with amazing views. The staff although a bit scared at times, were excellent. Gloucester is easily reachable by car, we had a fantastic meal at the docks both for dinner and a late breakfast. The cathedral is a must, we had a really interesting guided tour.
