The Space:

Perched directly on the water in Gloucester’s iconic Rocky Neck neighborhood, this rare waterfront retreat offers panoramic ocean views, a private 30-ft deep-water dock, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for unforgettable coastal living.



Step inside and you are immediately met with sweeping water views that make the home feel like it is floating above the sea. Wall-to-wall windows, open living spaces, and a newly renovated interior create a bright, comfortable setting for relaxing, gathering, and taking in the waterfront from every angle.



Outside, the expansive deck offers front-row views of boats passing by, with outdoor dining, lounge space, and direct access to the water. Guests can swim, kayak, paddleboard, or inquire about docking a boat at the private deep-water dock.

Dock use, water access, and boat docking are subject to weather, tides, safety conditions, and any applicable fees. Boat docking must be approved in advance.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Rocky Neck, one of Gloucester’s most beloved waterfront neighborhoods. Known for its harbor views, galleries, restaurants, maritime history, and coastal charm, Rocky Neck offers a classic Cape Ann setting with direct access to the water and close proximity to Gloucester’s best attractions.



Guests can explore nearby galleries, restaurants, beaches, harborfront areas, and downtown Gloucester, all while staying in a quiet waterfront setting that feels tucked away from the busier parts of town.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and the surrounding beaches. The home includes driveway parking for up to 2 cars.



Rocky Neck, downtown Gloucester, Niles Beach, Good Harbor Beach, the Back Shore, Eastern Point, Stage Fort Park, and Rockport are all accessible by short drive. Some local restaurants, galleries, and waterfront areas may be walkable depending on the season and your preferred route.



Rideshare availability may vary seasonally, so having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

This is a waterfront property, so guests should use extra care around the deck, dock, stairs, shoreline, and water access areas, especially with children. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and dock use are at guests’ own risk and are dependent on weather, tides, and water conditions.



The loft space in the detached guest house has a low ceiling and is accessed by a pull-down attic ladder. It is best suited for kids or guests comfortable with ladder access and low ceilings.



There are steps down to the front door of the main house.



Boat docking requires advance approval and may include additional fees.



The home is located in a residential waterfront neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the outdoor spaces responsibly.
