"Black Pearl", a modern detached house, with everything your heart desires, lies in the Baltic Sea Park Glowe on the beautiful island of Rügen.
It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful and sandy beach. A dog beach is located in the vicinity.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.30 EUR per kWh), gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and charged after your vacation with the deposit.
Deposit: 150, - EUR, in the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - EUR is due.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
A pet is available for an additional charge of 5, - € per night. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

Our house offers enough space on two floors to spend a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with stylish furnishings. A fireplace creates a romantic ambience where you can relax.

In bad weather, board games and a Blue-Ray player provide variety.

In the high-quality kitchen you can prove your cooking skills with the whole family and create a magical meal. This can then be served in the adjacent dining area.

Furthermore, there is one of the two paradisiacal bathrooms on this level, which promise you absolute wellbeing pleasure.
One has a modern shower and a soothing infrared sauna. Unlike normal saunas, warming in infrared cabins takes place via infrared radiation, which corresponds to the sun's action. This releases muscle tension and stimulates blood circulation and detoxification of the body of toxins. After that you will be completely recovered.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a baby travel bed with mattress and a baby bath, and a second bathroom with bathtub. In one of the two bedrooms is also a second TV available. Both are furnished in a very modern way and bear witness to a bright and comfortable atmosphere. An additional sleeping accommodation offers our sofa bed for two people in the living room.

Let a nice holiday evening with a glass of wine or sea buckthorn tea - Rügen's specialty - on the wooden deck or in front of the fireplace or relax in the sauna.

A Wi - Fi connection is available free of charge.

Alles in allem ein schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz. Hier und da ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler die vielleicht behoben werden sollten. Würde es trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Noch ein Tip für künftige Gäste die in der warmen Jahreszeiten anreisen.Mückenabwehrspray und/oder elektrischen Insektenvernichter nicht vergessenen.

Haus in die Jahre gekommen

Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und guter Größe. Voll ausgestattet mit Geräten und Entertainment, besonders für Kinder mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Einrichtung (Tisch, Stühle, Fensterverdunklung, Terrassenaustattung, Küchenutensilien), Treppe und Wände sieht man das Alter an, teils nur notdürftig repariert. Investiert wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr. Bilder spiegeln die aktuelle Situation nicht wieder. Bei unserer Ankunft waren in den meisten Ecken Spinnenweben, Grundreinigung wohl schon länger her. Schimmel in der Dusche ist allerdings no-go, das sollte der Besitzer dringend beheben. Können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.

Winterurlaub mit Höhen und Tiefen

Wir waren in den Winterferien eine Woche in der schwarzen Perle. Leider hat die Heizung anfangs nicht funktioniert, so dass es sehr kalt im Haus war. Nachdem der Monteur dann am 3. oder 4. Tag da war, wurde es besser, allerdings in zwei Räumen dann zu warm, so dass wir uns dort nicht mehr aufhalten konnten. Schade. Ansonsten war es ganz ok im Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist super. Jedoch waren ein paar Dinge zu beanstanden: Schimmel in der Dusche, viele Hundehaare auf den Polstern / Teppichen und das Doppebett war sehr unbequem. Top Lage, super Ausstattung, ,

Schönes Haus für Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Sommer, durch den umgebenden Wald ein angenehmes Klima, nicht weit zum Strand. Leider war der Geschirrspüler nicht funktionstüchtig, aber dafür wurde Entschädigung gewährt.

Eine schöne Woche

Wir haben uns in der Perle sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Eine Anleitung für die Sauna wäre schön gewesen, wir hatten keine Erfahrung mit Infrarotsaunen.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten waren wir zufrieden

Den Kaminofen und die Infrarotsaune haben wir sehr genossen. Den angepriesenen Whirlpool gab es nicht, laut dem Hausmeister schon seid Jahren nicht mehr. Die Couch konnte man im ausgezogenen Zustand nicht nutzen, da defekt.

Das Ferienhaus war in einem guten Zustand und...

....die Ausstattung war prima, doch man hat gemerkt, dass es gut gebucht ist. Der Hochstuhl sah schon sehr mitgenommen aus und das große Bett knarrt sehr laut, wenn man sich dreht. Der Fussboden ist soweit sauber, doch finden sich in der ein oder anderen Ecke Spinnweben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Objektvetwalter war prima und er war gut zu erreichen. Es ist für Kinder, sowohl für Haustiere, alles vorhanden.

Schönes Haus, mangelnde Sauberkeit

Super eingerichtetes Haus in wunderbarer Lage. Leider mangelt es an Sauberkeit... Armaturen und Fliesen waren nach Bauarbeiten nicht gereinigt. Viele Hundehaare... Einige Ecken, zum Beispiel unter der Treppe, sehr verschmutzt. Es hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Bei besserer Sauberkeit ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub "Schwarze Perle"

Schönes Häuschen in einer zu unserer Reisezeit sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war, dass der Esstisch verklebt war. Haben uns deswegen mit größeren Tischsets beholfen. Waren aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Lage und Wohnung sehr gut

Ausstattung der Zimmer und Funktionalität war sehr gut. Allerdings die Abnutzung vom Inventar ist weit fortgeschritten. Tische ohne Tischdecke kaum benutzbar, Sesselbezüge schon aufgerissen etc.

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit in Dusche ( Sili konnaht mit Schimmel und defekt) , WC, Backofen. Spülmaschine bewegt sich-dadurch fällt die Sockelleiste ständig ab, Defekte Flurbeleuchtung ( Treppenhaus)

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht, in ruhiger Lage und kurzem Weg zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Eindruck OK Der Wasserkocher sollte man entkalken und die Kaffeekanne passt nicht zur Kaffeemaschine. Damit kann man eine Woche leben.😁 Im EG waren noch Hundehaare in den Ecken und das geht gar nicht. Das Terrassengeländer aus Holz hat auch schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Glowe hat aber einen schönen Strand 🏖

Gut ausgestattetes Haus

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bietet mehr Platz als man von 77 qm erwartet. für das i- Tüpfelchen hätte ich mir noch eine Sonnenliege gewünscht. Aber vielleicht habe ich sie auch nur nicht gefunden.
