This tasteful apartment is located next to a park with adjoining spa beach and the Fördeland spa with various spa and leisure activities. The Smucke Stuuv III has been completely modernized, renovated, furnished with great attention to detail and lives up to its name. The light flooded apartment is located in the 3rd Floor and consists of a cozy living room with dining area and a bedroom with double bed and a huge wardrobe. In both rooms you will be spoiled with flat screen TVs with cable channels, Blu-Ray players and mosquito screens. A fitted kitchen, a shower room and a balcony with garden furniture completes the apartment. Before the house is a parking space available and in the laundry room can be shared laundromat and dryer. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony, bicycles are safely stored in the basement.
