The house also has a balcony and a garden with a barbecue - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals. Guests can also use a private parking space on the property. Parents traveling with small children can request an extra cot and baby's high chair, and there is a playground in the garden.

Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, it is located on the Kamień Lagoon, near the picturesque Koprowo lake (900m), it is an ideal solution for people who want to relax in the bosom of nature. There is also the Amber Baltic golf club (5 km) nearby. Fans of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, because the Muschel III Mewa is 10 km from the Wolin National Park and 3 km from the Baltic Sea. Being there, it is also worth going to the famous Międzyzdroje (16 km), Wolin known for the Viking Festival (20 km) or Świnoujście with the widest beach and the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast (30 km).
