Beautiful, historic property. Rooms were nice, dining area was very historic feeling, enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast buffet the next morning was varied and high quality. Outdoor dining is available weather permitting, grounds are lovely. Loved all the photos and personal items around the home, it was nice to see previous owners and uses, I love history, so this was a real treat for me.

Vacker miljö och trivsam atmosfär. Några brister sänker betyget. Ingen internetuppkoppling i sovrummet vi tilldelades. Presentationen påstår att det finns i hela anläggningen. Ingen juice till frukosten första morgonen. saknade också kaffegrädde till båda frukostarna. Restaurangens måltider från a la carte menyn var vällagade och mycket välsmakande!

Positivt: rymliga och fräscha rum, och mkt god frukostbuffé. Negativt/bättringspotential: det var väldigt lugnt och lite gäster på anläggningen, men trots detta var servicen mkt långsam. Vid incheckningen fanns inte personal på plats så vi fick vänta en bra stund. Och när vi ville beställa ngt att dricka i den kombinerade baren/receptionen fick vi, och andra sällskap, vänta väldigt länge på att personal kom trots att vi ringde på klockan under 15 minuters tid. Middagen var överprissatt och inte särskilt god, en i sällskapet blev ganska akut dålig i magen (gick snabbt över). Man marknadsför bad och biljard, men det går inte att ens spela ett parti biljard utan extra avgifter!! Man marknadsför även bad utomhus men vattnet och framför allt bryggan var bland det äckligaste vi sett. Gratis biljard, schack mm, samt uppfräschning av brygga skulle höja upplevelsen istället för att ha känts "närigt".

Wonderful and peaceful

Really nice and calm place with wonderful surrounding. We stayed in Drottning Kristinas room Wilhelm was lovely and had a lovely view! The only thing i missed was a bed side table.

Relax-SPA

Jättefint ställe med fina omgivningar. Hade dock velat att att det funnits mer i SPA-delen, tex. uppvärm utomhuspool. Otydligt om utomhus-baljan var tillgänglig. Herrarnas omklädesrum höll på att repareras, ett plus att gubben inte behövde betala för relaxdelen.

En vecka på slottet

Det som jag tycker inte framgår är att, för den som har besvär att gå, är det lite sega uppförslutningar från bilparkeringarna till receptionen (som är oskyltad från parkeringarna. Ligger i huvudbyggnaden). Många rum ligger i"paviljongerna" - ingen hiss ( 2 våningar). Fint läge och miljö, hann tyvärr inte utforska den. Trevlig personal. Städ o byte av handdukar vaje dag. Nån liten miss i städningen; nån liten dammtuss blev kvar och en gång glömde man sätta skräppåsar i papperskorgarna. Mänskligt! Men: man måste ha en rutin att kolla och byta ut toaborstarna! Den på mitt rum var ganska smutsig/äcklig! Tror det var en hel del ny städpersonal, kan ju förklara att det inte var perfekt. Rummet: saknade skrivbord. Gillade inte armaturen, såg ut som glödlampor. Snyggare/trevligare ljus med nån sorts skärm. Trevlig personal och fin miljö som sagt. Men priset tål verklgen att diskuteras !

Bra och skön övernattning med julbord

Bra och fina rum. Nyrenoverat 2023, fräscht badrum med Molton Brown-tvålar, golvvärme, handduksvärmare, bra upplyst spegel, snyggt kaklat. Sängarna var bekväma även om huvudkuddarna kunde varit fastare och större. Ljudisolerade rum (iaf på övervåningen). Grannrummet hade på TV’n men vi hörde inget alls förrän vi gick ut i korridoren. Bra frukost med många laktosfria alternativ. Pröva våfflorna bland annat! 😋 Julbordet var fantastiskt bra, med jättebra service där man alltid gjorde det lilla extra för att man skulle få bästa upplevelsen. Många rätter med ingredienser från området. Testa Sörmlandsmusten, supergod! 😋

Lite för lite personal. Middag tog 2 tim och 20 min. Endast en rätt fanns att välja. Kaffet efter maten var gammalt,värmt och smakade bränt. Maten var dock god men lite dyr.

Trivsamma lokaler, genuin miljö och trevlig personal. Rätt små rum, men funkar bra för en natt. Maten var förutbestämd i restarangen så något val fanns inte, men det var inte heller högsäsong så det var väl kanske inte så konstigt. Trevligt att man får ha med sin hund på många ställen i slottet
