Top Go Ape at Forest of Dean Hotel Reviews

The Zion Chapel, Cinderford - sleeps 4 guests in 1 bedroom

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at the Zion Chapel. Vicky left us a welcome package including a delicious homemade cake. The dogs had plenty of space and enjoyed exploring the surrounding forest and were welcomed wherever we went. The chapel is ideally located for lots of forest walks. There is a very welcoming pub with a nice garden in the village. And lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the property. We will certainly book again when we need a break from real life."

Keeper's Cottage - pet friendly, Forest of Dean

8/10 Good

"A well appointed - but well lived in home. A number of fittings feel rather dated, and kitchen and dining space rather cramped even for 4 adults and 2 children. Beds were incredibly soft and pillows also could do we with a refresh. Overall a comfortable stay, and the ability to access the forest from your doorstep is a definite bonus - however you do feel you are staying in someone else's home, rather than a guest house of similar bookable venue."
