"This place is nice clean and close to Washington DC, Alexandria Old Town and Springfield Mall. The only thing that can help to make experience better is that the breakfast staff is is only person, once it’s runout they don’t fill it right away. You may have to wait for 30mins to get it filled. They should have water dispensers on each floor. And me and my wife had our sink and vanity outside the bathroom which was very off for us. While I was sleeping I could hear her brushing her teeth. And once you have used toilet, you have to come out side to clean your hands. This was a little off for us."

"My husband and I stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, especially for the cost! The hotel lobby and room were very pretty and looked newly renovated. We travel often for travel sports so we have stayed in many hotels and the bed here was SO COMFORTABLE! I slept better in this bed than I ever have in any hotel. The room's bathroom could use a makeover, however. The breakfast had limited options but was good. The only major complaint I have is the fitness center. There was only 1 dumbbell (not a set... just a single dumbbell) weighing 8 lbs. and a few med balls, the heaviest weighing 10 lbs. The space was very small and the ceiling was so low I was not able to even do jumping jacks because I hit the ceiling (I am 5'7 tall). There was also a treadmill, elliptical, bench, yoga mat, and yoga ball in the room. There were no towels or even paper towels for sweat, nor were there cleaning items for the equipment."

"Apartment is located on the first floor and accessible from the back of the building. Wifi is reliable and needed - there is no signal while in the apartment. Loved the extra outlets, and really appreciated the washer and dryer. Well-equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of free parking. Location very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and various activities.Only caution is that the building is in a wooded area, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Can't really sit outside, and we made sure to close the door quickly when entering and exiting. Otherwise, great stay, and we'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area."

"Communication and check in was easy! The property covered our basic needs. The outside needed some attention to the upkeep of the vegetation. The inside was clean, but lacked the feel of home. For example hand towels in the bathrooms would be preferred over paper towels and given the unseasonable hot weather ceiling fans in every bedroom would be appreciated. The pillows on the beds are way too firm in our opinion, but we found extra pillows but there were no linens to be found. We were prepared to follow a checkout list of the usual like putting all used towels in one location, removing bedsheets and placing in the middle of the bed, and taking out the trash, but surprisingly that was not required which was a pleasant surprise. There is so much potential for this property. Once we trimmed the overgrown bush we really enjoyed the patio and the view. A few touches and this would be the perfect property to rent, otherwise it was very clean, owner was super nice, and served our purpose. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!"
