Dishwasher had a black slime or mold in it, we wouldn't use it. Hot water had a horrible smell at first, we ran it for some time and was able to get the smell to go away. There was a hamper full of dirty sheets and towels when we arrived. We needed to chanthe sheets and comforter in the main bedroom due to dog hair and overall dirt. "
