"This hotel is one to watch, they are clearly trying to refurb to improve the overall experience. It was patchy in places dont get me wrong with some questionable maintenance, but these things do take time! My only real critique was the way the slats for the bed were made from overly thick wood (Not designed for slats) and screwed down! So wasn’t the most comfortable although I know some people who may enjoy that! The superior rooms all back onto their own shared pool so can make it feel private and you get your own sun loungers so none of the morning rush at other hotels which is a massive benefit! For the money I paid I really can’t complain! Definately one to watch!"

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"The hotel is very modern, well maintained and meticulously clean. There are two large pools and a 2-min walk to the most amazing sandy beach with hotel provided sun benches and parasols. The food at the restaurant is varied, well cooked and delicious. The chief is always out to answer any questions or provide any assistance with special diet needs. Hotel staff works very hard to ensure the guests have all they need and enjoy their holidays. Nothing is a problem. The entire hotel team (reception, room cleaners, waiters at the restaurant, spa team, maintenence, etc.) is amazing!!! There is an extra bonus: on the doorstep on the hotel is a windsurfing club, offering windsurfing lessons, rentals for the surfing boards and kayaking boats. Very convenient location. The sea in Marmari is a perfect place to learn to windsurf. The only negative about the hotel is their entertainment team, particularly at the main pool. They are extremely loud, blasting pop music non-stop. They are intrusive and disruptive, trying to sell their merchandise, enlist people to play games, attend evening entertainment programme. They are a bit over the top and into your face and ears. Apart from the entertainment team, everything else is perfect!"

"Quiet hotel in a quiet area a few minutes walk away from both the main strip and beach. Studio was comfortable and fairly recently updated. Excellent pool and pool area. Staff / reception were friendly and helped quickly sort out problem with air-conditioning. Cleaned every day except Sunday although not necessarily always the most thorough - that's us being a bit picky! Overall though a good value-for-money place to stay and we'd stay again without any issue at all."
