"This is a very friendly clean hotel. Breakfast was a little skimpy and slow when busy. "

"To start their hot tub is permanently closed which makes you wonder about the pool. The room was in bad need of repair. There was a light fixture in the bathroom hanging down with a very large gap between it and the ceiling and you could see exposed wires. The toilet seat was not attached and when I went to sit down I almost was thrown to the floor. The mat in the shower was not secure and there were large gaps on the edges of the walls baseboard where you could see behind the wall. Random stains in the bathroom area. We checked into the hotel and then left an hour later, refusing to stay any longer in those conditions. "

"We saw baby cockroaches in the rope fence, chair and one in our room. But all in all, kids had so much fun. The line is not crazy on slides which is great. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, great pool and breakfast. Room smelled a little musty at first entry, but improved with air on higher setting. Room was bigger than expected for an older building. Great location next to Titanic museum and many shows and restaurants."

"Room was clean but ac had some issues until we notified staff. It was fixed right away. Room had no clock. No lotion but had a used hair conditioner along with new shampoo. Nothing to stir coffee that's avaliable in room which tasted awful. Buffet had lots of choices but poor choices for diabetic people. Also those eggs looked awful. Looked like they were powered eggs. We loved the pool and hot tub area although needs some updating/painting. Would be nice if there were make up wipes avaliable. "

"Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. Will definitely stay here again! "
