Amazing hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and service-minded. Luxury hotel in a small city. Great breakfast and clean rooms. The only downside is no airconditioning in the room and no thermostat to regulate the room temperature. Slept with the window open.

one overnight is alright

This 4-star hotel is located not far from the city center, but far from the University's north campus. The room size is adequate. However, the bathroom is disappointing. For two people, there is only one small bottle of shower gel plus one small shampoo. And the shower curtain is a rough piece of cloth, so it was very uncomfortable to take a shower in the small area inside the curtain.

Difficult staff made the work trip frustrating

While staying for a business trip, issues with the staff happened at almost every interaction. A month prior to our stay, my colleagues and I found out the conference would end a day early, so I contacted hotels.com and shortening our stay was approved by the hotel and written in my file. Upon check in, the hotel said they did not have record of this and were extremely unhelpful. Hotels.com contacted them another 2 times durring my stay and the hotel staff again refused the early check out that was approved a month prior. I had booked for myself and my colleague, and eventually they allowed my colleague the early check out but would not allow me to without paying for the last night (even though it was all booked from my account). Overall the staff were standoffish and unwilling to resolve issues that came up over the stay.

Ett hotell som ligger bra till med nära avstånd till city. Bra parkering utanför. Frukosten var det bra standard på. Det finns pool men det är ingen A-C på rummet. Trevlig personal.

Vier Sterne, oberes Regal!

Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Spb nicht außergewöhnlich, aber alles ohne Beanstandungen sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolles Restaurant! Fitness, Raum und Pool zwar klein, aber angenehm sauber und durch aus schön zu benutzen. Einen Saunagang sollte man bei der Rezeption anmelden, Dann wird vorher für euch gereinigt. Tolle Bademäntel.

Gut, aber Luft nach oben.

Zimmer waren ohne Klimaanlage und daher sehr warm. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit kostenpflichtiger Minibar. Es gibt kein Wasser gratis oder einen Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern. Ansonsten ein schönes und sauberes Hotel, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

helt ok hotell, bra frukost

trevligt hotell, men mycket trappor, för den som inte går så bra är det problem. Fräscht trots heltäckningsmattor. mycket trevlig frukostpersonal, ganska nosig receptionspersonal, en restaurang som hade öppet lite längre, men gav inte någon bra beskrivning till hur den skulle hittas. Jag hade bett om rum med bara dusch utan badkar pga att jag går med kryckor pga värk, trots det fick jag badkar, innebar att jag inte vågade duscha.
