A decent property with an excellent ecological focus (solar power). Well located near the major shopping centre and main motorway nearby for easy access. Rooms were small but adequate.

Amazing hotel. Small room but extremely well laid out. The breakfast is probably the best we've ever had! The attention to detail gives it a solid 10.. the only tiny thing we didn't like was the bed was a bit hard for my taste. I love having breakfast on the 10th floor with the great view of the city ... and being right next to the fancy shopping mall is a huge Plus. I really could not recommend it more, this was our second stay, and we moved from a suite hotel downtown because we missed how cute this place was, and my girlfriend just had to have their breakfast again!

Ótimo custo-benefício.

O hotel é ótimo. O quarto bem confortável e bonito. O café da manhã muito bom e em um terraço bem bonito, agradável e com uma vista muito bonita da região. Apenas dois lençóis brancos com algumas manchas isoladas de sujeira e um desses lençóis com pequenos rasgos localizados, talvez pelo ferro de passar. Não prejudicou a estadia, mas deixo a sugestão de melhoria para o hotel.

Já me hospedei algumas vezes, gosto muito do atendimento, localização e café da manhã. Mas, dessa vez a experiência não foi tão positiva. Me hospedei no quarto 202 e simplesmente às 9h da manhã funcionários do hotel iniciaram uma manutenção no andar, fazendo muito barulho e falando alto na porta do quarto. Fomos acordados dessa forma, com extremo barulho. Compreendo que as pessoas precisam realizar seu trabalho, mas cabe ao hotel gerenciar para que isso ocorra, sem impacto na experiência do cliente, principalmente qdo afeta o sono.

Checkin um pouco lento devido à alta demanda do horário e um problema de reserva de terceiros. Parecia ser a responsável pela organização dos quartos interrompendo os atendimentos. O quarto é razoável em tamanho, limpo. Porém o banheiro é minúsculo, o chuveiro esguicha água para todo lado o que inunda o banheiro ao ficar esperando que a água quente desça. Não sei se no hotel oferece quarto com banheiro acessível, mas se n oferecer fica inviável. O café da manhã não tem tantas opções, mas as oferecidas achei suficiente.

Conforto e limpeza excelentes!

Hotel bem novo, localizado ao lado do Shopping Flamboyant. Conta com serviço de manobrista e café da manhã com uma bela vista no 10º andar. Em comparação com os outros hoteis da região é o que tem melhor custo benefício. É muito bom entrar num quarto de hotel e ter tudo novinho e funcionando perfeitamente, conforto e limpeza excelentes.

Não temos o que reclamar do Hotel Black Inn Flamboyant, a não ser na chegada o manobrista vir com muita arrogância nos perguntar se era Uber, estávamos em carro próprio. Parecia que queria nos expulsar dali. A recepcionista que fez nosso check in foi perfeita, gentil, educada. O hotel muito bom, limpeza, conforto, localização, café da manhã, silencioso. Somente o contratempo com o manobrista foi desagradável, mas acredito que eles possam melhorar nessa questão.

Péssimas condições

Ao entrar no quarto, percebemos que o banheiro estava alagado. Tivemos que voltar à recepção e trocar de quarto. O segundo quarto não tinha toalhas. Tivemos que ir à recepção pedir. Ao tomar banho, o banheiro ficou alagado, mas decidimos ficar lá porque estávamos muito cansados. No dia seguinte, tinha secado. Não tinha coberta, apenas o lençol. As tomadas ao lado da cama ficam atrás do bidê. Tivemos que arrastá-lo pra frente para poder usar. Registros de água quente e fria do box do banheiro estavam soltos. Quarto bem pequeno. O ponto positivo é ser ao lado do shopping. Indicaria apenas pra uma estadia rápida de pernoite.

A simpatia, disponibilidade dos funcionários em atender bem, certamente foi o melhor da experiência. Quartos confortáveis, limpeza e café da manhã incríveis, mais atenção, para quem gosta de um ambiente mais íntimo, peça os quartos de trás, eu preferi o quarto da frente, mais solar. A localização é maravilhosa.
