The room was very clean, Nice looking place.
We like a lot the background, those trees in the back they look beautiful and the view in front the highway and the bridge beautiful view. we like it very much
We booked our stay in advance time, and the price was really really economic

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The staff was nice and it is in an interesting location (overlooks the Rogue River)
However, it is dirty and worn. We were on a sleep and run but still!
It was incredibly warm in the rooms due to no AC but I couldn’t blame the motel for that, I just assumed and didn’t check the list of things the motel offered. Other than that the property was beautiful, quiet, and the front desk staff was really nice and made sure to give us all her favorite places to see and a list of restaurants! We didn’t have to search for a thing. She asked what we liked and had a list ready off the top of her head!

This is your typical low price motel. Having stayed at another Motel 6 enroute, the same decor was in this property. The room was very spacious with a good view of the historical bridge and Rouge river. The king bed was shoved into a corner, with only one side accessible. We did discover it was movable providing access to both sides, however that put a wall lamp about a foot into the head of the bed.
I had read there is no AC and to take a fan. That proved to be a wise suggestion. We stayed 5 nights and we satisfied with our stay.
I liked the charging station for electric vehicles that worked! The receptionist was helpful regarding local restaurant that would deliver. There was no coffee pot in our room. Although there was a working refrigerator and microwave, there was nothing to put food on (to reheat pizza) and not even Kleenex / paper towel etc. We managed.
Only complaint was that the office was supposed to be open at 6am for coffee, I was at office at 6:20 and the door was still locked. So I rang the door bell, twice, and nothing. Was down at 7am and the door was unlocked and coffee was ready...don't tell me a time and then don't follow through, that's a problem, tell me 7 and I'll be there at 7, simple.
This is my first 1 star review. This hotel offered almost NOTHING other than a toilet and an uncomfortable bed. No coffee, no shampoo, no breakfast, thermostat not working, Refrigerator not working, flooring with exposed woodslivers, no hair dryer, no chairs and poorly designed furniture and plumbing. Absolutely terrible! I will forever boycott motel 6 and all other Wyndham properties from now on!
I must use a CPAP machine to sleep. It is a medical necessity that requires an electrical outlet near the bed. The nearest outlet was 9' away from the bed. NINE FEET!! I tried to get help at the desk staff but she didn't have anything to offer- no extension cords, no offer to switch to a better room. I had to go into town (I was traveling by motorcycle and was tired after a long day on the road) to BUY an extension cord. I believe it was a $12.99 purchase but in my travels I have lost the receipt. This was the worst experience of my travels during this week from Seattle to Gold Beach, down the Oregon Coast. The room, while basically clean, showed evidence of disrepair with a bathroom door and walls showing evidence of water damage, etc. I didn't use the shower because of fear of mold. It appears to me that this motel has not been updated in quite some time. I would not recommend staying at this motel... even if there was nothing else available.
Clerk tried to rent me a double queen room when my reservation clearly stated 1 King bed. She reluctantly rented me a King room after I showed her my reservation.
